This Privacy Policy explains how Rakuapp Digital ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the Odd Estate mobile game ("the App").
Odd Estate does not require you to create an account or sign in with any personal credentials. Your game progress is stored locally on your device.

To understand how the game is played and improve its balance, the App sends anonymous usage events to TelemetryDeck (for example: a game started or ended, the outcome of a house visit, a week's result, whether the store or purchase screen was opened, whether an ad was shown). Each device is identified only by a random number generated on the device and hashed before sending; it cannot be linked to your identity, your Apple ID, the advertising identifier (IDFA), or other apps. No names, contact details, location, or payment data are sent, and this data is not used for advertising or tracking.
In-app purchases are processed by Apple and RevenueCat. We do not directly collect or store your payment card information.
Odd Estate is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Local game progress can be erased at any time by deleting the App. To request deletion of any data held by our third-party service providers on your behalf, contact us using the details below.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
